It’s been a while since I’ve posted a Motivation Monday! Last week I had a couple no scale victories. One, of course, being able to do my first ever pull up since starting lifting over a year and a half ago. Second, I was able to put on a dress from last year that I had felt super self-conscious in and actually feel like for the first time, it fit how it is supposed to! Not only did that make me feel better, my fiancé commented on how he believes that the autophagy I have been working on is paying off! I know if I didn’t continue with the long fast, I would more than likely have more loose skin, but as I continue with intermittent, alternate day fasting, I’m still having great results! . .
