Hi 👋🏻 My name is Rachel and on September 5th, 2017, I decided to change my life with Intermittent, Alternate day fasting. I did not eat Keto, low carb, or any special diet for the first 2 1/2 years of my journey and lost 108 pounds of fat, all within 1 year and 4 months. Now, I am recompostioning my body with strength training, cardio and a carb conscious lifestyle, meaning I still eat carbs! I went from living a completely inactive, miserable, unhealthy and depressed life to an extremely active, optimistic, healthy and happy one. It took all of my willpower, motivation and determination to get where I am today, but I couldn’t have done it without the wonderful supporters who have done nothing but push and cheer me on along the way. I never expected to be fasting for 1010 days. I never expected this lifestyle to work and stick with me, but Intermittent fasting saved my life, and I will forever be grateful to it. ❤️ . .
