View this post on Instagram Day 1048 of intermittent fasting. The past couple of days have been really great for me. I have really gotten back into working out and finally got back into the swing of things. I FINALLY pushed myself to be motivated enough again, which was something I was struggling with. The BIGGEST help has been a Chloe Ting ab workout video I have been doing the past 3 days (today will be the fourth), and it’s REALLY reactivating my core muscles. In seeing that, it’s helping make me excited to reactive all the other muscle groups as well! Now that I have my motivation back I’m excited to see what I will do now! I’ve been taking each day as it comes, as I don’t know what will happening in my future. I just hope it’s bright! . .
