Thank-you for all your inbox questions. Answering a couple that have reoccurred here. 🙏🏼😌 SUNSCREEN: I use only as natural as possible - usually found in health food stores - zinc rich if I’m surfing long hours on face, or a light serum type of one going out in the day through Summer. Yes, I always wear a huge hat. I do like to lie in the sun a bit, when I do I use 100% pure organic coconut oil on my body, slightly reflective and micro-protective. I try not to get my vitamin D fixes after 11am or 4-5pm in Summer. The secret is NEVER TO BURN so work with your own beautiful skin type. 🔥☀️ HAIR BREAKAGE/REPAIR: this one is really hard!! Honestly this takes time and lots of work to bring back if you’ve been depleted of minerals, gone through a lot of stress, been taxed physically with work/sport/pregnancy. Whatever it’s been that’s caused your hair (often nails will be brittle at a similar time) it will take persistent effort to bring it back to its full healthy volume naturally. Sometimes a little snip doesn’t hurt in the meantime! THINK MINERALS MINERALS MINERALS - leafy dark vegetables, protein, more vegetables (all kinds), vegetable juices, seaweeds daily, such as kelp, nori, dulse. More legumes, lightly poached organic free range eggs for a time if you can, even locally caught sustainable fish or organic goats cheese from the farmers market if you must. Your body is saying something. Eat raw cacao chocolate such as all the @ModelChocolate recipes on my site www.abigailoneill.net and book, or your favourite dark fairtrade organic chocolate. Raw is higher for nutrients, CHOCOLATE is beauty food and as I’ve named it before, my actual daily multivitamin! Weekly masks to the hair such as coconut oil and honey (amazing! I do this when taking some sun), any you personally love. I have a hot cacao butter hair oil in my book too. ☀️🔥 Hope this helps! Don’t stress. Stress has been the number one debilitation for my tresses in the past. Time to be happy. Love each little strand. Send them youthful healing VIBES. AMP UP THE NUTRITION. 💧💧💧 Love for your day! Photo @brycewegenerphotographer as usual no edits/zero makeup. On skin, fresh aloes! Hair 💇🏽‍♀️ @sulisbyron

Místo kosmetických sér používá Abigail O'Neill aloe vera ze své zahrádky. Rostlinu rozpůlí, vymačká z ní tekutinu a tu si vmasíruje do tváře. Dalším domácím beauty tipem je maska na obličej z nepraženého kakaa.
