Doesn’t seems like much but I have 2 more months to go. I will update you with measurements next week!! . My weightlifting is staying the same (heavy weights and low reps) because I don’t want to loose my strength! Cardio 4 times a week! Cutting tip: Always drink bcaa’s during your workout. Bcaa will minimize the amount of muscles you will loose during your cut. I drink around 10g of bcaa while I work out.
