I am not ready to practice second series yet after the last couple of days in bed 🤒but who can resist to get two legs behind the head. Nobody has died from that🤣 Siri, you are so right!! I just looove this one. Just as much as I love Eka Pada Sirsasana aaaaand yoganidrasana 😜 . So here is #dwipadasirasana Keeping your toes pointed with your ankles and shins crossed, in the posture can be difficult and can take some time to get. If you don’t point the toes, keep them interlocked when you sit with your hands in prayer position and also when you lift yourself from the ground. Eventually, you will be able to point your toes while practicing Dwi Pada Sirsasana. Keep your gaze upward.
