View this post on Instagram I’ve always been a pretty vibrant and “full of life” kind of person 💙 People have always known me to be bubbly and always cracking jokes but the truth is, I was so unhappy under my own skin. I always knew that if I just lost the weight I’d feel better and maybe even learn to love myself. As my weight loss journey began, I learned pretty quickly that a number on the scale doesn’t just magically give you self confidence and show you your self worth. I’ve had to CHOOSE to love myself and my BODY in all its different shapes and forms. I’ve had to learn how to accept my imperfections and step out of my comfort zone. I STILL have my days where I’m hard on myself and I 100% have body dysmorphia but I’m not letting it stop my from living my BEST life ✨ So practice loving yourself. Find your self worth (you’re not gonna find it in the number on the scale).
